Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders take 3- 5 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline or delays caused by USPS. 

ACCESORIES PRODUCTION
All accessories such as mask, keychains and jewelry are made to order. It may take 2-3 business days to produce. An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. 

US SHIPPING
We offer First Class USPS shipping across the United States.
First Class shipping normally takes 5 - 7 business days from date of package dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping via USPS First Class International. Please select your country at checkout for shipping rates. You are responsible for any custom fees once package arrives to your country. Shipping timeline will vary, please allow for at least 3 - 4 weeks delivery. 


STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards, accessories, t-shirts, and more. All online and in store/event sales are final. 

Since most of our products are made to order, and are one of a kind pieces, we can not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We cannot refund or exchange for any reason.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at info@tartiz.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
